My name is David,

I was born and raised in the south of Holland, moved to Rotterdam and graduated at the Academy of Visual Arts, with a self styled curriculum. I'm a Jack of all trades.

Growing up, I liked Videogames, Eddie ( Iron Maiden ), Hardrock graphics, Cars and Sword wielding Barbarians. I had a keen interest in History, and this developed into a broad interest in all kinds of cultural phenomena and languages today. The subject matter of my visuals has evolved some as I added pin ups to the mix. To know your way around the world, and still paint the same stuff as a boy, I find interesting.

Besides painting and drawing I've done many projects with video and photography and other media. I really like to make it happen, a lot of it I did with my friends of Antistrot. To make magazines, photocomics, host parties, do performances are ways to learn new techniques, make up new ideas, and get to know interesting people and cultures

Therefore I'd like to express my interest in you, the reader of this text. I hope you like my graphic work, and would consider supporting me in my artsmanship. But I'm also interested in an exchange of ideas, or think up a exciting new project or venture. If so, drop me a line.
